Privacy policy.
Last updated October 7, 2026. Plain version first: this is a brochure site. We do not run a shop here, we do not ask you to make an account, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.
Who we are
Prestige Brands LLC, 145 Union St. Unit O, Holbrook, MA 02343. Questions about this policy go to
operations@
What this site collects
Most pages collect nothing. There is no login, no shopping cart and no tracking pixel of ours anywhere on the site. We do not set our own cookies.
Five forms collect what you type into them. Each one emails it to us, and nothing from them is stored on this website:
- Wholesale account application. Goes to our purchasing inbox. It includes your business name and address, EIN, resale certificate number and state, the contact details you provide, and the receiving information about your site. Do not put bank or card numbers into it; if terms are approved we arrange that separately.
- Sell to us. Goes to our purchasing inbox. It includes your brand, where it sells today, whether you have a MAP policy, your contact details and any line sheet you link or attach. An attached file travels with the email.
- 3PL quote request. Goes to our operations inbox. It includes your company, your contact details and the volume, SKU and storage details you give us.
- Brand report request. Goes to our purchasing inbox. It includes the brand, its category and website, the link you give us, what you want the report to cover and your contact details.
- Job application. Goes to our operations inbox. It includes your name, contact details, the role you are applying for, what you tell us about your availability, and your resume if you attach one. An attached file travels with the email.
Three other things involve someone else's servers:
- Web hosting. Our host keeps standard server logs, which normally include IP address, browser type and the pages requested. That is how any web server works.
- Google Fonts. Type is loaded from Google's servers, so Google receives the request and your IP address when a page loads.
- Calendly. The contact page embeds Calendly's scheduler. If you open that page, Calendly can set its own cookies and receives whatever you type into it: usually your name, email and the time you pick. That data sits with Calendly under their privacy policy, and with us in the calendar invite it creates.
- OpenStreetMap. The contact page shows a map of our two locations. The map tiles are loaded from openstreetmap.org when that page opens, so their servers receive the request and your IP address. Nothing you do on the map is sent to us.
What we do with it
If you book a call, email us, send us your line, request a 3PL quote or apply for a wholesale account, we use your details to have that conversation and, if we end up working together, to open and run the account. Tax and resale details exist so we can invoice you correctly and ship without charging sales tax you should not pay. That is it. We do not sell contact details, we do not rent them, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
Correspondence, booking records, form submissions and wholesale applications stay for as long as the relationship is live, plus whatever period our accountant and the tax rules require afterwards. Submissions and applications that do not turn into a working relationship are deleted once we have declined them. Server logs are kept on our host's normal schedule.
Who else sees it
Our hosting provider, Google Fonts and Calendly as described above, and our accountant where a record is part of the books. We disclose information beyond that only if the law requires it.
Your choices
Write to operations@
Every page except Contact works without Calendly, and you can book by phone or email instead, in which case nothing is shared with them.
Children
This is a business-to-business site. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be obvious rather than buried.
This policy describes how the site actually behaves today. It is written to be readable rather than to be exhaustive, and it is not legal advice. If Prestige Brands adds more forms, analytics or advertising pixels later, this page needs updating first, and it is worth having counsel review it before you rely on it for compliance.
