Our largest channel

Sell on Amazon, run end to end.

Amazon is our largest channel and we run it with our own capital. We buy the inventory, prep it, ship it in, and manage the catalog, advertising and account health from there. Our goal is to be your authorized reseller and partner on Amazon: one accountable seller that buys outright, protects your listings and holds your price.

From the first listing to the reorder.

Every part of the channel, handled in house.

01

Catalog & listing operations

Catalog builds, variation and parentage fixes, title and bullet optimization, A+ content, image standards and backend keyword work. Listings that convert and stay compliant.

02

Advertising & PPC

Sponsored Products campaign structure, bid management, search term harvesting and negative targeting. We manage ACoS against real margin, not vanity ROAS.

03

Inventory forecasting

Replenishment planned against actual sell-through, seasonality and lead time. We buy full truckloads monthly and add budget for new brands weekly.

04

Account health & compliance

Policy monitoring, listing suppressions, IP and safety complaints, and category requirements. Problems get worked before they become suspensions.

05

Price monitoring & parity

Daily checks on what your product is advertised at, on this channel and the ones that reprice against it. We hold the number we agreed and tell you when somebody else does not.

06

Reporting & reconciliation

Settlement-level reporting, unit economics by SKU and clean sell-through data back to the brand. You see what actually moved and what it earned.

The main image is the whole first impression.

A shopper decides whether to click before they have read a single word. The main image has to say what the product is, what is in it and why it is worth the price, in the half second it gets on a search results page. Most of the catalogs we take over are losing that half second.

The original Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze listing image: a single small bottle, low resolution, no context
BeforeLow resolution, one bottle, no sense of scale, flavor or what is inside. Too small to zoom, which on Amazon costs you the zoom feature entirely.
The rebuilt Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze listing image: two full-size bottles at high resolution with scotch bonnet peppers and sugar cane arranged at the base
AfterShot at full resolution so zoom works, and the scotch bonnet peppers and cane sugar are staged at the base so the flavor reads instantly, without the shopper opening the listing.

Captain Rodney's Original Boucan Glaze, a line we retail. The ingredients around the bottles are not decoration. They are there so somebody scrolling a results page understands what the sauce tastes like before they have read the title. Presentation is not a finishing touch we get to if there is time. It is the first thing a customer sees, so it has to convey purpose and value immediately, and we treat every main image on every SKU we take on that way.

The process

How the channel gets built.

01

Audit

We review your existing ASINs, pricing, buy box ownership and seller landscape. If the channel is already live we find what is leaking before we add volume.

02

Build

Catalog work, content, imagery and compliance. We open a purchase order, take ownership of the goods and prep them for inbound.

03

Launch

Inventory ships in, campaigns go live, and pricing is set to MAP. We watch the first four weeks closely and adjust.

04

Optimize

Bid and budget tuning, listing iteration, replenishment cadence and expansion into adjacent SKUs. This is where the compounding happens.

Sound familiar?

Brands with no Amazon presence

You have retail or wholesale distribution but nothing on Amazon, and you want it launched properly the first time rather than cleaned up later.

Brands with an unmanaged channel

Listings exist but nobody owns them. Content is thin, pricing is inconsistent, and you are not sure who is selling what.

Brands facing unauthorized sellers

Your ASINs are crowded with sellers you never authorized and your MAP is being undercut. We sell and we report.

Distributors seeking a compliant partner

You need an authorized reseller who buys outright, holds pricing, and will not return unsold goods to you.

Amazon questions.

We buy it. We sell through our own seller account, so the inventory is ours, the capital at risk is ours, and you are paid on the purchase order rather than on a share of what sells. We are a customer who happens to run the channel properly, not an agency billing you a retainer.

Nothing, unless you want it to. We can operate alongside them, or we can map who they are and what they charge so you can decide. We do not ask you to clear the channel before we will buy.

You do. Catalog work, imagery, A+ content and copy are yours and stay yours. If we stop working together the listings do not leave with us.

That is most of what we do. We start by reviewing existing ASINs, pricing, buy box ownership and the seller landscape, and we tell you what is leaking before we add any volume to it.

It starts with a call about your brands and product lines. From there the pace depends on catalog condition and lead time on the first purchase order. We buy full truckloads monthly and add budget for new brands weekly, so the buying side is rarely the bottleneck.
