We are a multichannel retailer in Holbrook, Massachusetts. We buy inventory outright, store it in our own warehouse, and sell it online and in person. The work here is hands on, and you will work alongside the directors who run each division rather than through layers of management.

Warehouse Associate

You keep the warehouse moving: freight in, orders out, and inventory you can count on. It suits somebody who would rather be on their feet than at a desk, and who takes pride in a floor that runs properly.

What you will do

  • Receive inbound freight, check it against the packing list and report anything short or damaged the same day
  • Put inventory away so it can be found, counted and picked without a search
  • Pick, pack and ship orders accurately, from a single parcel to a full pallet
  • Prep and label product to retailer and marketplace requirements
  • Build outbound pallets, and help load and unload trucks
  • Count stock on a regular cycle and flag anything that does not match the system
  • Keep the floor clean, safe and organized, because a tidy warehouse ships faster

What we look for

  • Reliable attendance and a steady pace across a full shift
  • Care with detail, since a mislabeled carton becomes somebody else’s problem downstream
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and on your feet for most of the shift
  • Able to read orders, labels and product numbers accurately
  • Willing to learn handheld scanners and our inventory system
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice to have

  • Warehouse, stockroom or retail backroom experience
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience
  • Experience prepping product for online marketplaces
