Sell on Walmart, on the same terms.

Fewer sellers fighting over the same listing, and a customer who is not always the Amazon customer. We buy your inventory outright, sell it on our own account, and hold the same price we hold everywhere else.

Item setup through reorder.

Walmart is not Amazon with a different logo. The content rules, the fulfillment math and the way price is policed are all different, and each one costs you if it is treated as an afterthought.

01

Item setup & content

Item specs built to Walmart's own taxonomy rather than pasted over from a Seller Central export. Attributes, rich media, variant groups and the shelf placement that follows from getting the category right.

02

Fulfillment strategy

WFS where the two-day badge earns its fee, our own warehouse where it does not. Oversized, slow-moving and short-dated goods rarely pay for WFS storage, so we decide per SKU and show you our reasoning.

03

Walmart Connect advertising

Sponsored Products and in-grid search placements managed against real margin. Ad costs on Walmart still sit below the equivalent on Amazon for a lot of categories, which is a window rather than a permanent state.

04

Price parity & the buy box

Walmart repricing algorithms compare your item against other sites and will suppress a listing they judge overpriced. Holding one price across every channel is what keeps that from turning into a race to the bottom.

05

Listing quality & performance

Listing Quality Score, on-time delivery, cancellation and return rates. Walmart scores sellers more strictly than most people expect and the scorecard decides how much you get shown.

06

Reporting side by side

Walmart sell-through reported next to Amazon, per SKU, on the same sheet. That comparison is usually the first time a brand can see which channel their product actually belongs on.

The process

From line sheet to live.

01

Select

Not every SKU belongs here. We pick the ones that suit a Walmart shopper and a Walmart price point, and we tell you which of your products we think will not move.

02

Set up

Item creation, category approval, content and compliance. We open a purchase order and take ownership of the goods.

03

Launch

Inbound to WFS or to Holbrook, campaigns live, price set to match every other channel. The first weeks decide the listing quality score, so they get watched closely.

04

Compare

Once there is real data we put Walmart and Amazon side by side per SKU and shift buying toward whichever is actually earning.

Worth a second channel?

Brands maxed out on Amazon

Growth has flattened, the listing is crowded, and every extra dollar of ad spend buys less than the last one. The next unit of growth is on a different shelf.

Brands that were told to wait

Somebody advised getting Amazon perfect first. Meanwhile Walmart Marketplace sales grew more than 50% in the latest quarter, with a fraction of the sellers. Early is the whole advantage.

Brands already in Walmart stores

You have a vendor relationship on the shelf and nothing online. The marketplace is a separate route and it does not need to go through your merchant.

Brands with no seller account

You do not want to run a marketplace operation, hire for it, or carry the inventory risk. You do not have to. We sell on ours.

Two channels, one price.

The reason to run both from one place is not convenience. It is that a price cut on one marketplace becomes a price cut on the other within days, because both sides watch each other. Split them across two partners and nobody owns the number.

  • One agreed price, held on Amazon, Walmart and everywhere else we sell
  • One inventory position, so the two channels do not bid against each other for stock
  • One report, per SKU, showing which channel actually earned
CommitmentOne price, every channel

Walmart questions.

Yes. Same model on both: we buy your inventory outright, list it under our own seller account, and manage content, pricing and fulfillment from there. Most brands we carry end up on both, because the buyer overlap is smaller than people assume.

Fewer sellers competing for the same listing, and a customer who is not always the Amazon customer. Walmart Marketplace net sales grew more than 50% in the quarter ending August 2026, and the seller base is still a fraction of Amazon's. Being early on a channel is worth more than being thorough on a crowded one.

Where it makes sense. WFS gets the two-day badge and generally lifts conversion, but it is not right for every SKU. Slow movers, oversized items and anything short-dated often do better shipped from our own warehouse in Holbrook. We decide per SKU and tell you which way we went and why.

To the same number. Walmart actively reprices against other sites and will suppress a listing it judges overpriced, so a cut on one channel becomes a cut on both within days. Holding one price across them is not optional if you care about your pricing.

A line sheet, your cost and case pack, and any brand assets you already have. We handle item setup, content, category approvals and the purchase order. You do not need a Walmart seller account of your own.

Item setup is usually days rather than weeks once we have clean content and a GTIN. The longer part is inbound, getting goods to our warehouse or into WFS. Plan on a few weeks from purchase order to live and in stock.
